Refund & Return Policy

Because all items at Mexico Duck. are made to order and custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

We do not refund orders due to shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
